Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading or using Roster Rush, you agree to these Terms of Use, which incorporate Apple’s Standard EULA and Google Play’s standard licensed-application terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Roster Rush Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Roster Rush app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Acceptable use

• Don’t reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or daily-puzzle data.
• Don’t use Roster Rush to harass other players or share spoilers in violation of platform rules.
• Don’t use automated systems (bots, scrapers) against the app or its data feeds.

In-app purchases

The “Remove Ads” one-time purchase ($2.99 USD or local equivalent) is processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled by those platforms under their published policies.

League and player content

Player names, team identifiers, and league names are used descriptively for the purpose of identifying real-world athletes. Roster Rush is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, WNBA, MLS, or NWSL.

Disclaimer and liability

Roster Rush is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roster Rush Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
